Some of the smartest money on the planet has invested in this company, and that\u2019s what I follow in this sector\u00a0\u2013 because it\u2019s so new.<\/p>\n

Because this young cannabis company has Smart Money behind it, it has almost $20 million cash, and a very tight share structure \u2013 most of these pot stocks have well over 100 million shares out.\u00a0This one has less than HALF that many.\u00a0That structure can make for explosive share price moves.<\/p>\n

As the rest of \u00a0the institutional capital find what I believe to be \u201cThe JUUL\u201d<\/strong><\/span> of the cannabis sector \u2013 I think they\u2019ll pile into the company\u2019s shares.<\/p>\n

Just four years ago \u2013 right before cannabis became one of the fastest growing global markets\u00a0\u2013 E-cigarettes had a similar experience, where this product went from niche to mainstream, making millionaires and billionaires for investors in a very short period of time.<\/p>\n

Only 40 months ago \u2013 on June 1, 2015 PAX Labs introduced the JUUL electronic cigarette. At that point in time the product had zero sales and zero market value.<\/p>\n

Only 18 months ago \u2013 in July 2017 JUUL was spun out of PAX Labs as an independent company. Until then it was JUUL buried inside of PAX.<\/p>\n

Last month Altria paid $12.8 billion for a 35 percent stake in JUUL!!!<\/p>\n

Simple math values the entirety of JUUL at $38 billion.<\/p>\n

JUUL went from nothing to $38 billion in 40 months<\/span><\/em>\u00a0\u2013 that\u2019s an incredible creation of massive wealth.<\/p>\n

How did that happen you ask?<\/p>\n

Over a 40 month period JUUL built the dominant e-cigarette brand on the planet.<\/p>\n

By dominant I really mean\u00a0DOMINANT<\/em>\u2026.<\/p>\n

CNBC reported at the time the Altria deal was closed that JUUL owned 75 percent of the e-cigarette market.<\/p>\n

Back in July Bloomberg had that market share at 70.5% in the chart below.<\/p>\n

Over that 40 month period everyone lucky enough to be involved with JUUL has gotten rich.<\/p>\n

When the deal with Altria was struck, JUUL announced that it would pay each of its 1,500 employees a bonus of $1.3 million.<\/p>\n

In 40 months everyone involved with JUUL made enough money to retire.<\/p>\n

Now it is my turn\u2026.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\nThis Is Why I\u2019m Certain This Company<\/strong>
\nWill Be\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cThe JUUL\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Of The Cannabis Sector<\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Now you know why the institutions are searching for\u00a0\u201cThe JUUL\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/em><\/span>of the cannabis sector.<\/p>\n

JUUL made thousands of \u00a0people rich in a hurry.<\/p>\n

E-cigarettes was a new market that went from nothing to something large very quickly.<\/p>\n

    In the last 24 months\u00a0\u2013 with the involvement of these secretive investors \u2013 the company\u2019s brand has moved from being #43 in the Market to #10 \u2013 and now #1 \u2013\u00a0with its lead expanding<\/em>.<\/p>\n

    While this company\u2019s market share has soared from 10th<\/sup>to 1st<\/sup>no other competitor has grown its market share at all\u2026 which means this company is taking it all!<\/p>\n

    Nothing short of market domination is the goal \u2013 just as JUUL<\/strong><\/span> did in the E-cigarette business with a now 75% market share.<\/p>\n

    These secretive billionaires did not invest here to build a nice little cannabis company.\u00a0They are in this to build a company that dominates this industry and have it be worth billions of dollars!<\/p>\n

    These guys aren\u2019t in this to build a nice little cannabis company. They are in this to build a multi-billion dollar company that dominates this industry. (I can hardly think what kind of share price that would mean for this\u00a0company with less than 35\u00a0million shares out and trading under $10!)<\/p>\n

    I rarely come across the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of what could be a life-changing investment.<\/p>\n

They clearly bet on the right horse, as this cannabis company now has the largest market share in the largest and most competitive cannabis market in the world\u2026 (verified by the Top 2 independent market research firms in cannabis no less!) and they did it in just 18 months.<\/p>\n

    If anything building this cannabis company will come easier for them given what they just learned building JUUL<\/strong><\/span>. These are similar industries and the connections that they have made in marketing, manufacturing and distribution can be leveraged.<\/p>\n
