Infinity Minerals delists from TSX-V, list on CSE

Editor’s note: There are two interesting developments today in the precious metals sector. Concerning Infinity Metals delisting from TSX-V, we are surprised there has not been more of this activity in the junior mining sector as companies look for ways to reduce cost. And, in other news, Pierre Lassonde of New Gold is well respected for good reasons.

At StockWatch.com, Ron Shenton reports that Infinity Minerals Corp. intends to delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange and thereafter list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange. To ensure continued and seamless trading for the company’s shareholders, the company anticipates its common shares will be delisted from the TSX-V at the close of trading on Thursday, May 22, 2014, and will commence trading on the CSE at market open on Friday, May 23, 2014. The company’s trading symbol IFN will remain the same.

In unrelated news, it is reported that that well known and respected Pierre Lassonde, director of New Gold, has been been actively increasing his shares in New Gold. He now owns directly 5,972,390 shares.

The point is that if Pierre is buying, should you? New Gold also has long-term warrants trading and in our Common Stock Warrants data base and there are many more great long-term opportunities with warrants.
